Summer Concert 2026
Our third annual summer gathering was held in beautiful Zwick’s Park on the Bay of Quinte, showcasing the second annual Drum Summit.
The event featured Mohammed Diarra and ensemble, and Les Freres Sissokho, of Quebec.

For Les Freres Sissokho – The Sissokho Brothers – music is not just a profession or a passion: it is a family story that is passed down from generation to generation. Coming from the prestigious Bayana family, a true musical institution in Dakar, the brothers grew up to the sound of percussion, songs and the kora, in a world where playing music is as natural as breathing. Reunited in Montreal after different migratory journeys, they founded The Sissokho Brothers to promote this heritage in Quebec and beyond.
